Well, I am kind of proud of myself. I managed to fit in 2 days of bike riding. I know I said I would bike ride 3 days a week for 30 minutes but I couldn't find time for a 3rd workout. ;( but I did 2 days so I am happy. The first day I rode I couldn't believe how out of shape I am. I rode around the block then had to stop and rest and start again. I didn't think I would make 30 minutes. This week I will
