FITNESS AND HEALTH GOALS
I joined the crafty, creative and fit group on http://www.therunningquilter.blogspot.com/ and I have not made a commitment to exercise yet. I have been on a low carb diet and lost 6 lbs in 1 month but I gained back 2 lbs within the last 2 weeks. So I have decided to make a commitment to start bike riding for 30 minutes 3 times a week. I am really good at making excuses for not exercising but this time I will not put it off or make excuses! I will JUST DO IT!! as the Nike ad says. LOL I really need to make a change in my lifestyle. I had a physical today and my blood pressure was kind of high...140 over 94. SO I will just do it when I get home from work!

- I am happily married to a wonderful man. I have a great son and daughter-in-law! My husband is retired. I will be retiring January 2012 I am also a SENIOR...Yikes...SENIOR CITIZEN!! There are some good things about being a SENIOR....like getting your senior discount. I started using coupons and have saved so much money on my grocery bill!
